The slice programme is an exclusive one-to-one programme of support incorporating business coaching, mentoring, consultancy and training as required.

As the name suggests, Slice Clients get a slice of my time and head space each month. It means I am working on your business even when we’re not talking!

It suits business owners who have a lot going on or want to make fast progress, for example those who:

  • want to build momentum to get things done
  • are going through a significant period of change
  • have a series of "Type II" problems to solve
  • are rethinking things and reviewing several areas at once
  • are revamping their strategy and testing things out
  • are building something new

If you’re frustrated with the progress that you are able to make by yourself, then maybe this is for you!

The programme gives direct access to me – almost like having a colleague.

It includes:

  • up to 4 full length video call coaching sessions per month with you and/or your colleagues
  • some of my time dedicated to working on your business between sessions
  • unlimited access via email or IM
  • up to 4 short follow-up phone calls per month
  • training in relevant business tools

Limited Availability

In order to give a responsive level of service, I have very limited availability for clients on the Slice Programme and I limit the number I have at any one time, so you can be assured of my full attention.
